Independent dealers

One person, every job.

You buy, value, approve and price every car. The agents read this morning's market, work out each offer from the evidence and check every car in stock, on the phone you already have. Nothing changes until you say so.

All yours, and all in the audit log

The job, in your words

I buy every car, value every trade-in, approve my own offers and set every price, usually with a customer waiting. The homework is the first thing to go.

What makes it hard

  • 01

    The market moves without you

Knowing what a car really sells for means hours on listing sites, and there's a customer in front of you now.

  • 02

    Nobody checks your number

When you approve your own offers, there's no second look at the evidence and no record of why you said yes.

  • 03

    Cars age quietly

Every day a car waits costs money, and nothing tells you which one has waited too long.

Switch hats

Four jobs, one phone.

Pick a hat to see the screen you'd open and the homework the agents did before you got there. The decision is still yours in every one.

Sample screens · fictional figures

Market agent

Read about 200,000 UAE listings at 06:00, left out implausible prices, counted each known VIN once, flagged ads far under their market, and rated each listing against its own market.

Still yours Decide which car is worth a call.

Valuation agent · Appraisal copilot

Decoded the VIN, found 31 comparables in this morning's market and worked back from the expected sale to the most you can pay.

Still yours Confirm the variant, mark the damage, record the seller's VAT evidence and set the offer.

Approval router · Pricing agent

Froze the offer with everything behind it, routed it under your policies, and suggested a new price for the car that has waited too long.

Still yours Approve, send back or decline. Nothing goes out and no price changes until you do.

Owner's brief

Put days in stock, aged capital, offers waiting and pricing exceptions on one page, built from the same records and formulas as Stock and Insights.

Still yours Decide what the business does next week.

A drop of AED 10,000 or more needs a reason: “Aged stock: moving towards the market”. Nobody else can decide it, so it is recorded as a self-approval, and the price changes only now.

The agents that matter most

The homework, done before you ask.

Four of the six agents carry most of the load when one person does every job.

  • Market agent

    Reads the market at 06:00

About 200,000 UAE listings, cleaned, each known VIN counted once and every listing rated against its own market. Search it in plain words.

  • Valuation agent

    Prices each trade-in

An opening offer and the most you can pay, worked back from the expected sale, with the evidence graded and VAT priced cautiously.

  • Pricing agent

    Watches every car in stock

Each car against its own market every morning, with one next step, such as review, reduce or check the listing, and the reasons behind it.

  • Owner's brief

    Keeps the numbers straight

Days in stock, aged capital and pricing exceptions on one page, built with the same formulas as Stock and Insights.

Getting started

Set up for you, ready on day one.

  1. Step 1

    We set up your dealership

There's no self-serve sign-up. DealRevs creates your dealership with the default approval policies and the UAE working calendar.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm your numbers

Target profit, negotiation room, holding cost and standard costs start from the defaults. Confirm them as version 1, or change them first.

  3. Step 3

    Sign in on your phone

With a code sent to your e-mail, or a password, in the phone's own browser.

  4. Step 4

    Value your first trade-in

Scan the VIN or pick the car from the catalogue, and see where to open and where to stop.

Questions

Asked by owners who do it all.

Do I need a manager to approve my offers?

No. When nobody else can decide an offer or a price change, the owner may approve it, and the audit log records it as a self-approval. If you hire a manager later, the same policies let them decide offers within their limit.

Is there an app to download?

No. DealRevs runs in the browser on the phone you already have. It is laid out for a phone first, with large tap targets and a raised Appraise button in the centre of the tabs.

What if the signal drops in the lot?

Photos queue on the phone and upload when the signal returns, even after a reload. Other fields save as you go and retry while the page stays open.

Who reviews VAT if I have no finance person?

You do. With no finance user, the owner confirms each car's VAT treatment with written evidence. An offer can go out while the review is pending, but the purchase can't complete until it is confirmed.

Will it change my prices by itself?

Never. The pricing agent suggests a next step and a price to try. A price changes only when a person approves it, and only if the car is still at its old price.

Can I sign up today?

Not on your own: there's no self-serve sign-up. DealRevs sets up each dealership, so the default policies and the UAE working calendar are in place on day one. Book a demo to start.
