Franchise used-car operations
Trade-ins that help close the new-car deal.
Your sales executive appraises the customer's car on a phone, a manager or the owner approves it from theirs, and the customer gets an offer valid for seven days. VAT is reviewed on its own track, so the offer can go out while it is pending.

The job, in your words
The customer wants a number for their old car before they sign for the new one. I need an offer the used-car side will stand behind, while they're still in the showroom.
What makes it hard
- 01
Every call is a pause in the deal
A trade-in number usually needs the used-car manager, and every phone call leaves the customer waiting.
- 02
Sales shouldn't see the margin
The person in front of the customer needs a credible offer, not the cost and margin behind it.
- 03
VAT changes what you can pay
Whether the car can be sold under the margin scheme moves the most you can pay, and nobody in the showroom can confirm it on the spot.
The offer and the VAT review
Two checks, kept apart.
The commercial decision and the VAT review run side by side. Choose a VAT result to see what it does to an offer the customer already has.

The agents that matter most
Quick in the showroom, careful with the numbers.
Four of the six agents carry a trade-in from the VIN to incoming stock.
- Appraisal copilot
Guides the appraisal
Seven steps on a phone, from the VIN to a submitted offer, saving as they go, with each damage mark priced from your reconditioning library.
- Valuation agent
Prices the trade-in
The expected sale from this morning's comparables, worked back to the most you can pay and an opening offer, with the evidence graded.
- Approval router
Finds the right approver
Sends each offer to whoever your policies name, with a deadline in working minutes, a reminder and escalation to the owner.
- Pricing agent
Takes over in stock
A won trade-in becomes incoming stock, then is checked against its own market every morning with one next step.
Who does what
The agents price it. People decide.
- Decode the VIN and say how sure the match is
- Price each damage mark from your reconditioning library
- Work the market back to a maximum buy price and an opening offer
- Send the offer to the right approver, with a deadline in working minutes
- The sales executive captures the car, the photos and the seller's VAT evidence
- A manager or the owner approves, sends back or declines, from a phone
- The sales executive presents the offer and marks it won
- Finance, or the owner, confirms the VAT treatment
Questions
Asked in the showroom.
Can our sales executives see the margin?
No. They see the offer, the evidence and the next step, and only their own appraisals. Cost, margin and profit are left out of what is sent to them, not just hidden on the screen.
How long is an offer valid?
Seven days by default, and you can change it in Settings. The customer gets the offer printed or by WhatsApp, with the date it is valid until and a note that it is subject to inspection of the documents and the car.
What if the customer pushes for more?
The final price can be up to AED 500 above the approved amount. Beyond that, the sales executive revises the offer and it goes through approval again under the same policies.
Who approves a big trade-in?
By default, offers of AED 150,000 or more go to a manager or the owner, then the owner, and a manager can approve up to AED 150,000. Each step has a deadline in working minutes, with a reminder and escalation to the owner.
Does the VAT review hold up the offer?
No. The offer can be approved and presented while the VAT treatment is pending. The purchase can't complete until finance, or the owner, confirms it with written evidence, and a less favourable result sends the offer back to be re-priced.
Does it replace our dealer management system?
No. DealRevs prices, approves and records the trade-in, and can import stock from a CSV or XLSX file and export it to CSV. The new-car deal and its tax invoices stay in your own systems.
