Many rooftops, one way of buying.
Set approval rules, margins and holding costs once for the group. Each rooftop sees its own stock, owners see all of it, and every decision lands in one audit log.

The job, in your words
Every branch buys and prices its own cars. I need them all to follow the same rules, and to see all of it without phoning round.
What makes it hard
- 01
Every branch does it differently
Different margins, different limits, and offers approved by whoever happens to be in.
- 02
The wrong people see the numbers
A sales executive shouldn't see what a car cost, and a manager shouldn't decide for a branch they don't run.
- 03
No single record
When an offer or a price is questioned, the answer is spread across phones, chats and spreadsheets.
Each rooftop in its lane
One group, four different views.
Choose a person to see the group's stock as DealRevs sends it to them. Every car is checked against their role at that car's own rooftop, and what a role may not see never reaches their phone.

Set once for the group
One rulebook, every rooftop.
Approval policies, approval limits, target margins and holding costs are set once for the whole group, and a policy or pricing rule can be written for a single rooftop. Move the offer to see which policies apply and who decides.

The chain
- 1 Manager or owner Over a manager's AED 150,000 limit, so the owner, Faisal Rahimi, decides 120 working min
- 2 Owner Faisal Rahimi; one person may decide both steps 120 working min
No reason needed at this amount
AED 206,000: 2 policies apply. Two steps, manager or owner then owner; over a manager's limit, so the owner decides both. No reason needed.

Questions
Asked across the group.
Can one person work at two rooftops?
Yes. A person holds a role at each rooftop, such as manager at one and viewer at another, and every record is checked against the role at its own rooftop.
Can one rooftop have its own rules?
Yes. Approval policies and pricing rules can apply to every rooftop or to one, and a rooftop's own pricing rule beats a group-wide one. Each rooftop also keeps its own opening hours and holidays.
Who can change the policies?
Owners and group admins. Saving a policy checks that every step can be staffed, and requests already in flight keep the chain they started with.
What happens when an approver is busy?
Each step has a deadline in working minutes. By default an offer step is due in 120 minutes, with a reminder then and escalation to the owner at 240. The clock stops outside opening hours.
Do sales executives see our margins?
No. Cost, margin, gross and profit are left out of what is sent to them, not just hidden on the screen. They see only their own appraisals.
Can a group admin approve offers?
No. Group admins run the team, settings and policies, and never create, approve or price. The owner sees and approves everything.
